Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
  • Once the order is processed and shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately with your order number
  • Cancellation requests are subject to our approval

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs will be borne by us if the return is due to our error. For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
